  • A: I had to hold the small ring at the base of the pump really tight and then turn the pump the opposite direction. It finally opening when holding it tight in this spot.

  • A: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

    Natural body wash

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Native body wash has a nice coconut scent than vanilla. The quality is good given it’s all natural however the soap did not lather with more bubbles compared to Dove for example. I had to use more soap, more than usual for each shower.

    Be careful! Bodywash was red!

    I love this body wash and usually go through it quickly, so ended up buying two bottles this time. Opened one and was shocked to find it was red!! First time this has happened and immediately concerned. Opened the other bottle and was the normal clear. Just a warning to those that open the red that this is NOT normal!

    Love the smell, hate the bottle. Cannot open it after an hr and its not the first time i’ve had trouble. Your bottle sucks, do better. Won’t be buying again because the scent is not worth the hassle

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No lies I’m not a fan of coconut scents, mainly because it’s sometimes too sweet for me I can literally taste it. However, this one is perfect! The one issue I have is how the opening tap sometimes water gets in it and it feels gross when I open the bottle and water comes out. But other than that the formula is good. I haven’t seen any issues. Did noticed some itch but it could’ve been because I use a lot of ingredients for my bath routine. I still love it though! 8/10!!!

    Not as delicious smelling as coconut and vanilla i

    Just as with the hand wash, what should have been a delicious smelling blend, somehow misses the mark, for me. I can’t pin down exactly what’s off (for me). Most scents that I do t care for contain a particular note that gives me a headache. That isn’t the case with this one, but it just doesn’t smell like a true vanilla and coconut blend like one would have in baking. It’s okay, though, because I have other Native scents that are true favorites and winners.
