Broke and ripped out eyelashes.
Loved this lash curler…until I didn’t! I’ve only had this curler for a couple of weeks, and really like the design and the super cushy pad. It works really well at curling lashes and the price was really reasonable - not super cheap and not super expensive. As I was curling my lashes at the lash line, the weld/rivet broke and ripped out half of my upper lashes. I can’t believe that it broke and it’s very concerning. Be careful in your use!

Dangerous stay away
I do not recommend these at all. As I was using them they snapped (yes I know how to use them and know not to put a ton of pressure. I’ve been using curlers for over 25 years). As I was using them yesterday the top part snapped off and hit me inside my eye like a slingshot. It bruised my eye, caused blurred vision, and busted vessels. I am thankful it wasn’t any worse. These are not safe at all and will not buy anything from this brand ever again.

Hi! I'm sorry our Volumizing Lash Curler wasn’t a great fit for you. It has a softer curve and usually works on all eye shapes. We have several other versions that might be a better option if you want longer, fuller lashes. Too rough! Lost 4 eyelashes :-(
It pulled out 4 eyelashes. I was pressing and suddenly it clicked loudly and startled me. I looked at the curler and there were 4 lashes on it. It's just not designed well. My old eyelashes curlers from Lancome and Daiso have never pulled out lashes!

Good lash curler
Did take some getting use to because I was using a silver colored curler before I bought this one. I really like this lash curler but the pad doesn’t last long. Comes with an extra one but I couldn’t find any replacements for it when the second one needed replacing. I’m hoping they start selling just the replacement pads. Had to purchase a whole new one. And when I received the new one it was opened and used. Target did replace it.

I thought this lash curler was shaped a bit differently compared to the other lash curlers i’ve used and after one, yes one use the lash curler broke at the top and hit my eye super hard. Luckily my lashes didn’t get ripped out and my eye was fine, but for $10 it isn’t worth it. I wish I kept my receipt so I could get my money back, but yeah definitely don’t recommend

screws snapped after three uses

OK LISTEN UP!! I know you probably have seen the other reviews like saying how it broke and their lashes fell out. LISTEN TO ME. I have the silver one and they have the black one. I have had this for over a year and I did not have any issues like this, so first, buy the silver one. Second, I do not put mascara cause it just melts down my lashes, so if you have the same issue, use vaseline for a longer lasting look. Third, just curl your lashes and put on vaseline and you will be getting so many complements! Stay safe and hold on to your lashes lol.
