Sascha Barboza (Maracaibo, Venezuela, 1984) Su pasion: el fitness. Personal Fitness Trainer de la ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) con un master en Nutricion Fitness y estudios en nutricion deportiva de la Federacion Espanola de Culturismo. Mama, ama de casa y profesional que concibe el fitness como una forma de vivir. Para ella la palabra "dieta" no existe. Comer sano es su premisa. Para Sascha, la actividad fisica es el cargador de las baterias para vivir al maximo. Fomenta comer de forma saludable el 90% de las veces, pero sabe que en ocasiones hasta el mas disciplinado necesita pasarse de la raya. Lo importante: retomar el control de nuestra alimentacion y no dejarnos ir por el camino de la improvisacion diaria. Sus seguidores celebraron con ella su triunfo en el National Physique Committee en Tampa, Estados Unidos (2013), en las categorias "Novice" y "Tall."
