Despite tech support's assistance - these are unusable
I bought a Recon 200 Gen 2 headset - only to find I needed a splitter. No bother, I work in AV so I got the appropriate CTIA splitter, and despite trying everything I could, I can't get the microphone to register anything other than -40db unless I'm yelling into the mic with the headset off of my head. For technical info- the headset is fully charged, the mic is deployed properly, and I tried it on every available "on" position, just to see if it was a fluke. It might work well for you. . but I wouldn't bank on it. It's a great idea, but maybe don't bother.

Sounds doesn’t come from both sides all the time
I have to adjust the volume to get the sound to come from both sides of the headphones.

Amazing Gaming Headset
I recently bought this headset and I love how the ear cuffs fit perfectly around my ears to create a noise cancelling effect and fit around my head perfectly. I can wear them for the whole day without them hurting my ears or head plus I have used the PlayStation switch to increase the audio after charging them and the audio is amazing and loud so you can hear all movements in game while playing video games. I have to say I picked the right headset and will definitely be picking up another pair soon as a backup.

I liked the comfortable fit, everything else was horrible, from the sound quality to the audio jack having static issues and when my gameplay went quiet, the headset had a non-stop sound going on. If you're on ps4/ps5, do NOT buy.

Mic isn't working for me
I wouldn't recommend this at all if you're on pc. I'm trying to use the mic on pc and it doesn't seem to work. I even bought an audio splitter and it still wouldn't work. The audio is fine though.

I’ve had these headphones for about little less than a year. I’ll tell you this these are some of the worst headphones ever. I have to flick my mic up and down until the sound works. Sometimes will not connect unless I unplug the drive that goes into the Xbox. Mind you on this next one I’ve never thrown these I’ve never slammed them I’ve taken nice care of these. It snapped right at the ear piece. Do not buy.
