These are terrible. They are chalky and gritty. The coating sticks to your teeth and have a horrible after taste.

The flavor is great. The texture is like eating paste and chalk with wafers in between.

I wanted to love these because I love strawberry wafers…but NO! The first bite was great, until you chew. The more you chew, the more the texture becomes sandy and grainy. It sticks to your tongue and leaves a horrible aftertaste. I’ll stick with Pure Protein!

As a girly that has good taste for sweet things, don’t let the bad reviews steer you wrong I was super nervous to try these but I’m so glad I did. I think these do taste like strawberry pocky sticks which are yummy. I would buy these again.

My favorite flavor is these. They aren’t chalky and they fill me up! Perfect healthy bar for on the go!

We try a lot of different protein bars in this house. I know protein is one of those subjective things where everyone has different preferences going in and sometimes things are just a miss and others are big wins. This protein bar may be top of the list for me for worst protein bar I have ever tasted. Has that overwhelming chemical sweetness taste that is over the top - it tastes like when you get whey or pea protein shakes that have that fake sweetness chemical taste and it doesn’t mix all the way with your liquid and you suck up a big clump of the powder all at once - flavor and texture. These are very overpriced for the macros (tons of sugar and high cal for only 13g of protein) and for the flavor. I will not be gambling with anymore from this brand this was a net loss for me. I do not recommend these ones unfortunately, listen to the reviews saying they’re a pass as I wish I did!

I honestly don’t really like protein bars but they’re good to have if you forget or don’t have time to pack lunch or dinner ig, that’s what I get them for at least. The strawberry flavor is the exact type of strawberry flavor I like (with the exception of ice cream- I just prefer that to taste like actual strawberries). This tastes like the strawberry cream flavor you get in yanyan, hello panda, those wafer cookies, etc. There is a slight chalkiness (if you drink protein shakes or add protein powder to anything- it’s just that. If you want condensed protein without the chalkiness, just eat meat or sùjī…) whey protein is literally the first ingredient, but it’s not as bad as a lot of protein bars I’ve had, where it’s overwhelming. And yes, it is a vaguely chemical taste- but I’d account that towards the stevia + fructose + maltodextrin + sucralose + whey powder texture combo. There’s freeze dried strawberry powder, but natural flavors is higher on the list, so that’s predictable. But in terms of “fakeness” in the flavor, it’s not as bad as like idk, strawberry jolly ranchers where it’s like a medicine tasting type of fake. All in all, not a bad protein bar, doesn’t feel like a punishment to eat it. That’s all I really can ask for tbh.

These are not good! Bought for my son who loves all things strawberry and these were a huge let down. I couldn’t even stomach them!

Very tasty, I like the crunch of the wafers and does not have much aftertaste. Not very filling but overall I like it. looking forward to trying the other flavors.
