Q: I bought the blue unflavored powder and thought it was suppose to contain hyaluronic acid - but it does not. Is my container defective? Also, was this container suppose to include a measuring cup?

    5 weeks and I mix this with coffee and hot water , I do regular unflavored protein little bit of creamer in a shaker with almost milk and add to my hot coffee . It has helped with my neck skin tightness and my overall skin . It’s a little too soon for real results but I do see a difference. I’ll be back to leave another review in a few more weeks .

    Love this product drink it everyday in my products and my skin nails and hair have seen a difference. My nails are typically brittle after removing my acrylic nails and this time they were sting and long. Just ended up doing gel nails. Been using it for like 2 months I want to say. Usually break out on my menstrual and don’t anymore

    I love this collagen but disappointed in new lid

    Lost product due to new container. I appreciate the desire to reduce exposure to plastics, but the lid was difficult to open and then was pushed down into the canister. It is not a solid lid and when I grabbed the can and dropped it, I lost a lot of the product. Maybe there is a better design out there??

    Has formula changed? Have been using for over a year. Always mixed it with water in a shaker cup. Now it clumps and makes a thick foam that is not drinkable. What changed?

    Highly Recommend!

    This is the best collagen I have ever taken, it dissolves easily and has the added vitamins that help your body use it to make collagen. I do notice my hair and nails grow like crazy with collagen.

    Packaging needs work

    I haven't been using it long enough to review the product but I wanted to review the packaging. I do like the no plastic idea but they need to do a better job. Wow, it is very difficult to figure out how to open. Once I figured it out it's OK but there really needs to be better instructions. First you need to cut it with a sharp knife or something along that dotted line than runs around 1/2 inch from the top. Then you need to pull up and back with that tab where it says "pull here". I had to use a tweezer to grip it and it was still quite difficult.

    Great supplement for hair, skin, joints

    I originally bought this to use as a protein powder, since I can't consume dairy and other dairy free protein powders I had tried had a strong, unpleasant taste. This powder mixes easily into coffee, but there is definitely a taste. I think 3 tbsp in one cup would be borderline undrinkable, but I usually do 2 tbsp in my first cup then 1 tbsp in the next and the taste doesn't bother me (but my partner can only do 1 tbsp per cup, otherwise the taste is too strong for them). I drink it daily and the biggest observable change after a year has been my hair growth--it's growing faster and thicker than it's ever been. Friends have noticed and they have even bought it to try. I also think my skin has benefitted, and my knees hurt less from exercise. It is expensive, but I find it worth it, it's the only protein powder I've been able to use consistently.

    I don't understand about why people complain about not having a scoop. It's not that big of a deal to use a spoon or buy a metal scoop. The reason I initially tried this brand was the plastic free packaging! The quality and consistency are perfect as well! Thank you for not giving in to the consumer mindset and being leader in the reducing plastic waste!

    This would get 5 stars had it not switched to this horrendous packaging that I needed to ask ChatGPT how to open. Ridiculous to say the least. I’ve been using this product for years and this was my first time with the new “less plastic” packaging. I get it, but figure out a new way.

    World’s most ridiculous packaging. The instructions are there, and the little tab to get through level one of the fortress of solitude ripped off and you need a knife to saw through level 2. Really?! I’m all for saving the planet, but when you make something unusable and really difficult to get to your product, what’s the point?

    Love the product and the new packaging ♥️

    So far so good! I am thrilled that you changed the packaging for your product. Last summer I specifically ordered 6mos worth from another company simply because of your plastic container packaging. I’ve read several negative reviews about the new packaging and it is different but once you get one open successfully, it’s super easy. Maybe you should shoot a quick video with a demo of how to open these containers and tie it to a QR code that accompanies the order.
