  • A: The battery compartment is located on the underside of the snakes belly. It is located inside of the 2nd body segment behind the snakes head, where the first set of "non power" wheels are at. Press in the tab on top of the 3rd body segment to detach and access the battery compartment.

Fun but not durable

My boys loved this snake! It's fun to watch and chase! The batteries are a little tricky to change but nothing too bad. The snake comes apart and easily breaks. Once my kids figured out how to take it apart, it never made it back together. Decent price for the time being we played with it.

It was a gift for Christmas

Son broke it after just 1 day, it was disappointing knowing it was a gift, from a relative. I would not recommend getting this for a child especially one who is on the spectrum.

Not durable, broke after one day

This only worked for 1 day. My son did drop it so it's definitely not durable. Took it apart down to the motor and the wires became disconnected. Hoping we'll be able to fix it because he did like it while it worked.

Absolute Junk

6 year old daughter bought this with some Christmas money. She was super excited for, got it home, put batteries in and it worked for 5 minutes. We thought it was bad batteries so changed them again and still nothing. It started not turning to the left and then eventually wouldn't work at all. After reading others reviews about getting fingers pinched and this toy ripping hair out, we are returning ASAP. Definitely not for under 3 and not for anyone with longer hair. All it does is move around the floor with a constant motor, one speed and very loud.

Barely worked

My son has used it for four days and honestly, he didn’t even have it turned on for most of that. And it already has stopped working. I requested a replacement but now that I’m looking at reviews, it seems like I’m not the first person with this issue. We’ll see if a replacement works better otherwise I’ll be returning it.
