Doesn't seem to be legit

I've used 2 other brands of caffeine pills many times. Bought Horbaach pills and was still fatigued and got caffeine withdrawal headaches using the exact same dose (I cut them in half to take 100mg) that I always use with the other brands. I've used pills to slowly back off a habit of drinking too much coffee, so am very familiar with the effects of various doses. I'd be shocked if there's really 200mg of caffeine in these tablets.
