Self cleaning feature has a design flaw
Self cleaning feature grinds down the plastic brush making it useless. It also grinds tiny pieces of plastic throughout the machine. Contacted manufacturer and the sent a new brush but that doesn’t solve the design flaw issue.

Although it did make juice, it ripped through my big bowl of veggies to make barely 1 bottle of juice. VERY NOISY for both juicing and the "self clean" cycle. Read the instructions for the self clean and it told me not to keep the containers under the spout while cleaning but it leaked everything out on the counter, should have known better. Was not happy with purchase, 1 star only because it did in fact make juice.

I don’t know why this is even sold here. It’s awful. It doesn’t drain properly at all. You have to take it apart while using it to fix it constantly. Save your money and buy something different.
