Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredders Revenge - Xbox One

I pre-ordered this forever ago and delivery got delayed a few times. It ended up arriving on 11/19, so I put it back for Christmas. My son opened it up Christmas Day (well-past the return window) to find an amazing array of nostalgic art in the form of a full-color booklet, a reversible cover, stickers, and a coupon for a personal pan pizza. This part of the experience was truly amazing for someone born in the 80s who got to experience the cartoon, toys, and video games of the 90s. This is where I would write about the gameplay, but when we tried to play it, we got an error message. Upon inspection, it appears we got a blank disc. It doesn't have the oil-in-water look that other functioning media does. I've notified the manufacturer since it's outside of Target's return window. Hopefully I hear back soon so I can give a better review. In retrospect, I probably should've done one of two things: 1.) check the disc as soon as I got it 2.) ordered from a retailer with a more lenient return policy.
