Not working file
Nail file continues to power off despite haveing new batteries in it starts turning in and quickly flashes red I’ve only used it about 4 times and already had to change the batteries 2 times

Get the Nail Buffer!
The Frida Nail Buffer was gifted to us with our first baby. I love it so much I get it for all of my friends as a gift. Our baby girl is 8 months now and we need to buff her nails almost every other day-it’s so easy to use and you don’t have to wrestle and worry about a cut like you do with clippers. It’s extremely helpful!!

Functional but poor refill options
Works really well until you need replacement heads. Packs are only sold with all sizes included. Therefore, if you need only the 12+ month size, you are getting all the smaller sizes as well.

Not Worth It
It works alright. Takes a long time to file down. I just ended up buying $3 nail clippers that are faster and easier.

No support past 1 year.
Works fine for a year but you can't use it after a year without wasting plastic and money. Simple fix would be to sell packs of 12+ months but they won't. Other companies have figured it out look there.

Limited Use with Lack of Replacement Pads
Product itself is great but lack of replacement pads make this product very short lived. Frida only offers a 4 back replacement where 3 of the 4 pads are 6m and under which likely would never need replacing. If they offered more ultra gritty 12+ month replacements, this product would be 5 stars.

Good but not greay
Design is nice. The battery life on this is terrible. It needs to be replaced very frequently. Also, how did your product development team not think of selling the filing pads (9-12m+) alone so customers don't have to purchase the entire bundle. It leaves me scratching my head, wondering how your team missed this simple option.

useless
I bought the product a couple months ago and (ofc to late to return) and i went to use it for the first time and it wont turn on put multiple different batteries in it and nothing i dont understand.
