Well I gave it 4 stars and almost only 3 because of the fact that the picture is kinda deceiving 😒 It is nicely done and looks well made and it arrived in only 4 days with no shipping costs. But, the picture gives the idea that you get a black rubberized border with it but sadly you do not🙄 In very tiny print way after I had received it and I went back to view it online again at Target, did I see the tiny tiny print saying it's shown in the second picture with that rubberized border that it's an additional option😔. To me that feels like a bait and switch and very misleading just to show an item with a low price. I would gladly pay the full price just to have it all at once and in time for the holidays. And it gives the impression too from the Target pictures that you can either use it inside the house without the rubber backing and /or outside with it. To close stamp huge red letters across the second to state this items is only illustrated with an additional cost item that you must order seperately from the company direct because Target doesn't have that option on thEe page when you order.
