Q: How tall is this at each setting? Like how far off the ground is the bottom of the seat at 1,2,3?
A: The lowest setting is approximately 9.1 inches from the floor with the average weight of a baby, while the highest setting is 10.7 inches from the floor with the average weight of a baby. Make sure to choose the setting where your little one's toes touch the floor, but are not flat on the ground.

Q: How do you recommend cleaning the fabric toys attached that baby can put in their mouth?
A: Use a damp cloth to spot clean the fabric toys.

Q: Why does the seat not spin freely

Q: Is the cloth seat removable for washing?
A: Yes, the fabric padding is removable for cleaning. Instructions are included in the box.

Q: Can this be used if my babies feet don’t touch the ground? He’s able to hold his head up on his own.
A: Your child’s toes should touch the floor (without bouncing). If your child’s entire foot is touching the floor or the toes are not touching the floor at all, adjust the height to any of three positions (one for the smallest child and three for the tallest child).
