Not a Squat Rack
While the price is fine for what is- a small, light-duty bench, the description is wildly inaccurate. The description says "This adjustable workout station comes with a squat rack" but it does not. The arms that hold the bar go up high enough for most people to perform a bench press, but they do not go up high enough for anyone to perform a squat. The description also states the "Leg developer allows you to isolate hamstrings, quadriceps, and other leg muscles." There is no leg developer whatsoever. The lack of leg developer attachment was obvious from the pictures before ordering, but I did expect the workout station to be capable of squats. Not happy about having to spend time assembling this (took longer because none of the hardware or parts were labeled), disassembling, repacking, and returned because of lies told in the description.

Sturdy and Compact
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Bench! Solid design and is large enough for my 6'4 husband without being flimsy. You can tuck the bench away when not in use saving a lot.of space. The rack itself is relatively short so if your planning to do squats it might be tough.

It's easy but confusing at the same time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy guacamole I don't even know where to start. I received the Adjustable Strength Training Workout Balanceform Station by BalanceForm and I would suggest to have a helper because some things are needed more than just two hands. Not alot of parts for this workout station to put together which was good. The problem is the instructions and the bag of screws etc... Each group of screws, bolts and pins needed it's own bag with the number for which to use to put together. The parts too needed a alphabet sticker bc I was just tying to go off the pictures in the instruction booklet. The booklet instructions font need to be much bigger because sometimes I was using the wrong screw. You can barely see what parts n screws are needed to attach. Other than that it's a great machine and the best part is you can fold it up to not be in the way or taking up space.

Bench
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty light weight bench. It’s sturdy for me but not so much for my husband who has a good 100 pounds on me. Smaller people will do just fine with this. It holds a heavy barbell and myself but wiggles a bit when my husband uses it. I think it does the job and would recommend it.

Awesome for beginners

Love it!

Uncomfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pros of the weight bench, it’s really unique with its ability to save space. Its very compact. It only takes about an hour to assemble and it’s not heavy when you go to move it. The cons, it sits low to the ground. I’m 5’2 it’s really low. To do bench presses, it was very uncomfortable on my knees. The directions are not easy to understand, not very descriptive. The step to add the bench, was missing in the manual. My Husband was able to figure it out. I don’t doubt it’s a good bench, but it needs to be reworked to be a bit more comfortable, in my opinion.

It was very easy to put together and took no time. The bench is lightweight enough to move around when needed but still sturdy. It holds the right amount of weight between us and the weights. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I wanna start off with the look Well-designed Looks great in my living room Where I just moved to Easy to put together Very durable I purchased a bar the bar weighs 45 pounds Add it With my steel weights on it A total of 250 pounds Yesterday I went up to 300 And the bench held up strong With no problems Plus my weight I'm 250 Very durable When lifting it doesn't shake or feel like It's going to come apart with all the weight on it I love it it's so strong And once again it looks great in my living room I tried a few before Some of them didn't hold up As well as this one does I feel very confident and safe when I'm doing my work Using this bench I even use it just doing Body exercises as well I checked out the cost pretty decent My recommendation is for everyone to get one For your everyday workout Like I said it's durable And you'll feel safe Using it Thank you for choosing me

Good product
