Works better than cantu!
I tried the Cantù shea butter one and that one is just tacky and my edges curl right back up. It stays tacky and doesn’t dry. I made the switch back to this one wondering why I ever decided to change! Edge fixer please never change your formula! This works great and the hold last for hours. As far as flakiness or white cast, I don’t experience that at all. Just use a wet brush on the previous product that’s already in there and you are good to go.

Love this but target can change one thing.
I love this product especially the red! Make these stubborn edges lay down all day!! But what I truly hate is that people are able to open up the product and they stick their crusty fingers in the gel and I hate that and I need target to do something about it!

This is a good product for my 4c hair type. I like that it holds my hair in place for hours. Sometimes there is a white residue that becomes visible as it dry. When this happens I just spray a little water and brush over the area. The residue disappears and the hold is still strong.

I purchased this product just to try it out and I was surprised it works so well on my hair it keeps the fly aways intact and keeps my hair smooth. I have really good hair and it lays down really well but my edges never want to stay down but with this gel it works so good. I have to purchase another jar I'm running out!

Works for my 4c Hair
As long as I set it with a scarf, it works for my 4c hair. The hold is sturdy, but it doesn't flake or get hard. Just be careful with build up, but instead of using more, sometimes I will wet residual product and it refreshes hol. No white cast and it smells good.

This is the only gel that works for my 4c edges. I have tried so many gels from local beauty stores and most of them are over priced with a soft texture. The moment I felt this product I knew the hold would be amazing and it did just that. This gel keeps my edges in tact all day and it’s healthy for them as well.
