Sticking with this

I bought the 72 pills bottle few months ago noticed a difference on my digestion. Jumped to a GNC slimvance xp after, just to compare, did not notice a difference, now im sticking to this brand instead. Will continue to buy this irwin for now on. You have to be consistent on sticking to 3 pills on morning and 3 pills miday.

Don't waste your money

Didn't work for me. Even with a good diet and exercise. This was a complete waste.
