It has helped me with my menopause symptoms a great deal. It gives me more energy, seems to help stabilize my mood and definitely helps in the bedroom with the dryness issues. Starting into the first stages of menopause my mood swings can be quite crazy sometimes. The tablets are rather large and can be a little difficult to swallow. I did notice some changes after a few weeks of taking it daily. My moods and hot flashes seem to subside a little and my energy level seemed to increase. Overall I am pleased with the progress and cannot wait to see how it is doing after some more time.

First, the pills are larger size and you're directed to take four of them each day (two doses of two pills.) These are also smelly and have a yucky taste. A couple other things bothered me about them too: the ingredient list is long, including various cellulose (filler?) and other things unrelated to the maca root powder. I also noted a warning on the label about lead exposure! In conclusion, I would much prefer and trust a small capsule with the maca root powder inside, not all the fillers. After considering the flavor, size and number of pill needed along with the potentially weird fillers, I couldn't keep taking this.

For me) they are very large tablets but I don't have trouble taking them however my husband can't swallow them. Overall I like the effect and my husband just crushes them to take them. I started seeing a slight difference in my libido after about 2 weeks of taking this and after taking it a month I saw that my cycle seemed to be more bearable.
