    It took me about 1.5 hours to assemble it and then it was just not a fit for my area. The cross cross bars made it sturdier but it didn’t fit with them. It seemed like a good solution for my tiny bathroom with limited counter but it was still too big.

    Many missing parts. Could not assemble.

    Missing many partsWe had this delivered. It was missing so many parts. We rednecked engineered it to finish putting it together, we are not talking a screw, it was major strutural pieces. Should have returned it.

    Missing Pieces

    I purchased two shelves. They were both missing pieces the same pieces, so I could not even put one together. I contacted Costway customer support and they refused to help me even though they had the replacement parts. They said it was a Target problem. Never doing business with this cheap company ever again.

    Not easy assembly

    It took me about 1.5 hours to put together. The instructions are pure picture matching only. The only written words in the instructions was a warning not to screw tight all the shelves onto the shelf until you have assembled it fully. Then you go back and tighten the shelf screws. Despite it taking a long time to put together, it is nice quality. It is sturdy and looks nice in my tiny bathroom. It’s a must have for apartment living with not much storage available.

    Easy to build and Sturdy

    This thing was a very pleasant surprise. I've ordered several such shelves which i had to return because they were not good quality.     Very nice!

    Much better quality than I expected. And easier to assemble than what I expected. I'm really satisfied with it. It loses one star because someone stupidly put a sticker on the bottom of 1 of the shelves that was impossible to remove. I had to soak it to remove it but there's still a residue so I made sure to use that as the bottom shelf so you wouldn't see it. Other than that, I am very happy.

    Took forever to assemble using the tiny little screwdriver and hex provided! But good quality product. Lost use of toilet lid for storage. Took a lot of foot adjustment to level!!
