Didn't come with instructions, the web site didn't provide clear information,I have to call to retrieve my Samsung account the rep couldn't help me. Regarding the phone it self take to long to charge and after a complete charge only last for about an hour

This was delivered the third week of May and within a month it could not hold a charge. It won't even stay charged over night. So value is not great if it's not usable. I bought a phone to solve a problem and now I have another problem on my hands. Sold by CellFeee so I cannot recommend. Would have been great if the battery were not dead.

At first I was tempted to get the s21 Ultra, but I'm glad I went with this phone. It's perfect for what I use it for. Occasional pictures and games are great on this phone. It does seem like it's slowed down since it was first released, but battery life is still decent. I do wish there was a headphone jack, ir blaster, and expandable storage.
