The Poop Chair for Babies
We used this chair and it worked well with both of our babies. They loved it, for hanging out room to room. The best thing about this chair is that my husband and I have deemed it “the poop chair.” Fussy newborn? Constipated? Gassy? Our babies sat in this for a couple of minutes and their massive relief would shake the entire house. The insert withstood many blowouts and came clean easily in gentle cycle or with a spot clean. The only reason it’s not getting a higher score is because both of our kiddos outgrew it pretty quickly.

Lies about the machine washing
I suspect the language and icons for how to wash these is ambiguous on purpose. The manual says not to machine wash the insert and not to tumble dry either. The tags on the items say the opposite. Tried to get it cleared up with support and they have no idea either. Decent enough product but advertising it's machine washable and then pulling this gives it 2 stars.

Green paint on product
Got the product, opened the box and the item had green paint on it. Contacted customer services (sent picture of the paint) with no reply for almost a week. Wrote them again, got a reply after a day saying they are sorry and will pass it to their QA team and offered a replacement or refund. I replied immediately hoping to get a quick resolution I asked for a refund as they took a week to come back to me. It took them another 5 days to replay saying it will take a few more days to send me a return sticker and once they have confirmation that I shipped the item they will refund the money which will take another 3-5 days! I asked to get the money processed immediately as it took them almost 2 weeks to resolve this issue! They agreed (haven't seen the money yet and it's been 2 days) but it will still take 3-5 days.... I wish they were more creative and offered let's say 30% off same as you would find in the used or damage section in big chain stores. I might have accepted that but they decided to make me wait and work to get my money back (you might call this punishment)

Amazing!
I am so blown away by this chair. I can not think of 1 negative thing to say. This bouncer is very light weight, extremely comfortable, and one of my favorite features is that it closes completely flat. Great for storing while not in use. The whole seat comes unzipped for easy washing. The insert is also removable for older babies. I just cant say enough about this seat. Another amazing feature is there was NO assembly required! I have 4 children, and this is by far one of the most used baby gear items I have used!

I wish I got the baby bjorn
This rocker is stylish but not the best functionally. When reclining it down to the lowest setting, it does not lock in place. It's also a little rough/uneven when rocking, it's not a smooth glide, which is kind of the whole point of the product. I wish I would have gotten the baby bjorn for more money.

Light, comfortable, beautiful
First time parents here and we got this rocker as a gift - we LOVE it. it's so lightweight you can take it around the house, which gives you a ton of flexibility with your baby! We have been using it more or less since our boy was born and we have taken it to the yard and enjoyed it inside. Baby seems very comfortable and happy, and it does not hurt that this rocker is beautiful :)

Baby's big sisters love when they get to play with him while he's in it. I do wish it bounced and rocked better by baby's movement. Great product!
This rocker is awesome! It is super comfy for my baby and beautiful fabric. I love that it is machine washable between the spit ups and burps--we need it! It is super functional! This is an amazing rocker. My baby loves it and is extremely portable so I bring this everywhere. Because of that I am able to get more things done and help my baby not fuss as much. I would highly recommend this rocker for anyone and everyone.

Clunky rocker & abrasive recline
Best used in a stationary setting, not great for moving around house. Finish was cheap and scratched quickly. Rocking is not soothing and the position adjustment is abrasive (jolts baby!). It also doesn't "lock" in the flat position and pops up when moved around.

Style and function!
This rocker is both super stylish and very functional. It is easy to adjust, and fabric Zips off effortlessly making cleaning a breeze. I love that it folds up for quick and easy storing. By far the best baby rocker we have found.
