Description

This 500 foot roll of high performance bulk Cat6 Ethernet cable from Monoprice degree is made with solid, 23AWG, 100% pure bare copper conductors and is UL degree listed. It has a CMP plenum fire safety rating, allowing to be safely used in the plenum air spaces of commercial buildings. It is fully compliant with UL Code 444 and National Electrical Code degree TIA 568.2 D fire and safety standards, which require pure bare copper wire in communications cables. Tested to perform to speeds up to 550MHz, it guarantees high speed data transfers for server applications, cloud computing, video surveillance, and online high definition video streaming. This TAA and RoHS compliant cable features Reelex degree packaging to ensure it dispenses easily, without twists, tangles, snags, or overruns. The cable jacketing features length markings, allowing you to easily cut to the desired length and to know exactly how much cable is left in the box.

Not worth it

Cable is wrinkled or dimpled, I've never seen cable like this before and it causes a large amount of friction, especially with itself. It sticks to everything and kinks constantly. The plastic cylinder in the pull box is not smoothed on the inside edge, so the cable gets caught if you aren't pulling straight out of the box, which if you're doing a multi-cable pull you never are. I will say the wires are high quality, which is necessary since you're going to be exceeding the bend radius all the time with how much this cable kinks. Just overall a bad purchase, and to top it off Monoprice messed my order up and somehow sent me 3 boxes of 200 14ft patch cables in place of 3 of my 500ft pull boxes. I ended up starting my job late because of this, and they didn't even express ship the replacements. Embarrassing company.
