Much needed rest
I like a stiff pillow and this one is perfect. I used to wake up in the middle of the night trying to rearrange my pillows but this one, I’m sleeping through the night.

Not for Adults
I was surprised at how small this pillow is. It is not big enough for an adult. It will be perfect for a young kid. 1st or second grade age.

Frustrated
I was very surprised how disappointed I was when trying this pillow. It’s very stiff/firm and just did not work as described in the ad. And since it’s a personal pillow there is no way to receive a refund.

Why only in firm? It isn't good!
I have two older (as in literally 20 and 10 years old) Tempur-Neck pillows and since they were getting a little worn out I wanted to get a new one. Boy was I in for a surprise seeing as they are only available in firm. I bit the bullet and tried one - it was awful. I am a side sleeper and this new pillow killed my ears! My husband tried to see if we could somehow save it but he also hated it (and he's a back/stomach sleeper). Absolutely a waste of our money. PLEASE bring back other firmness levels! And while you are at it birng back the king size version.

Hard and Uncomfortable
I bought the memory foam pillow from tempurpedic many years ago, and it felt softer and more plush. However, the one that I’ve bought recently is so hard that it feels like rock. Can’t recommend it!

Not bad
This pillow has the neck support which is really nice, but the overall height of the pillow I feel is too low. I think another 2 inches maybe 3 in the overall height would have made it better. This is my primary pillow I use. I'm a back and side sleeper. More so on my side. I would still recommend because the neck support is nice. But as an overall score I gave three stars. It could be better.

Great pillow
I ordered the pillow to replace an older one, a Tempur also, that was old. My sore neck condition just feels better with the Tempur-Neck Pillow. It’s the only pillow I’ll use.

Do NOT Recommend - Very hard pillow and no returns
This pillow is hard as a rock. We have had Tempurpedic pillows and mattresses before and had good luck, so I didn't worry about buying this one. This pillow is so hard I woke up with my ear hurting like I was sleeping on cement. For such an expensive product, it is disappointing that they do not allow returns. This will be my last purchase with this company.

The best for neck discomfort when sleeping
I have been using these pillows for years, first as a means to alleviate cervical spine discomfort during sleep, but most importantly not having pain throughout the day. Definitely helps sleep posture for cervical spine in my experience. They don't last forever and I have had to replace them periodically but it's well worth the investment!

Well-made product but doesn't work for me.
I ordered this pillow because it came in a small size (4 inches tall). Unfortunately, the roll that should support my neck I'd made for someone with a longer neck than I have. Thus, the pillow just put pressure on my cheekbones. I think it might work for just the right person, but definitely not me.

Best Pillow in my life

Horrible. Horrible. Read the fine print because you cannot return even if you don’t use it. The quality is so bad and the pillow harder than a rock. I like firm but this isn’t good.

DON'T BUY!!!!
I bought 8 pillows (4 cloud ones, opened and tried them and 4 neck pilllows with 2 opened and other 2 unopened) so we could try them but unfortunately it did not resolve the issues of why we bought it in the first place, so decided to return the 2 pillows we did not open but to our dismay, it cant be returned. go but somewhere else where returns are possible.

The pillow is extremely firm, and can’t be returned! Be very careful to purchase this brand!
