The shade is beautiful and unique, perfect for when you want something bold and creative. However, the formula could be better. It goes on a bit sticky, and once it dries down, it makes the lips feel stiff and uncomfortably dry. It’s definitely not a product I’d reach for on a daily basis, especially if I need something more comfortable or hydrating for long wear. That said, for special occasions, creative shoots, or nights out, it can still be a great choice. Just be sure to prep your lips with balm beforehand. Overall, gorgeous but not everyday-friendly.

However it is not the most comfortable wear. It did make my lips feel very dry! With proper prep on the lips it is a little more comfortable.

The low review is due to the color, this was supposed to be a dark brown it’s unacceptable that we are still not making colors for brown skin. It’s a pinkish color that I can’t wear. No smell.

It has the right amount of texture for the lips. Wet n wild always creates cute products that are affordable too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the time to test and use the Wet n Wild Glitter Shimmer Liquid Lipstick in “Hear Me Out” for just under two months, and I have to say I love it. While it may not be everyone’s idea of an “everyday” lippie, I find the shimmer in this subtle enough that, especially in this nude shade, it could easily be just that. Note that this shade does lean quite warm, and as someone who suits cool tones and leans toward them in basically every colored lip products I use, that was really my one dislike. That said, I did not find the shimmer unpleasant or “gritty” at all, found that it was quite long wearing for me personally, and in general found it comfortable to wear and not as drying as I was expecting. It layers beautifully with gloss as well. All in all, I definitely recommend checking this out, especially if you’re like me and long for the nostalgia of the shimmery lippies of the nineties and early 00’s, and would especially love a more everyday-wearable version of that.

It's easy to apply and stays on for long time. What I like is that, after you rub your lips together, it has the sparkles but it's not overpowering. In general I like it.
