Best Purchase
Better than drinking cranberry juice for all the sugar and finding fresh cranberries off season, no chance. This is the best alternative and it really works. Swallowing was difficult and it repeated on me because of it, so I poured a couple of drops of olive oil over the capsule and that solved all of my swallowing issues.

tea?
It has tea extract and the oxalates in tea are credited w/ causing kidney stones (not just from iced but also hot tea ) both contain oxalates. It has a slight medicinal smell.
