Hoover ONEPWR 4Ah Battery Vacuum Cleaner Part: Floor Care Accessory, Gray/Black, 3.46" H x 5.07" D x 2.2" W

The old batteries took a charge must better than these new batteries. For some reason when I put the new battery on charge, it only gives me 3 stars not 4. The charge also doesn't last as long as it used to. Don't know if it is the charger or the battery that isn't working properly. Not a happy camper

Bought this last Christmas to use at school. The battery charger has quit charging. I have tried all the troubleshooting but the charger blinks a rapid red light every time. We have only used the vacuum a handful of times (10 max) as I use it to clean my classroom which isn't very often. Very disappointed in the quality of the product even though it is basically brand new.

Battery will run vacuum for thirty minutes on medium setting.

EXCELLENT BATTERY FOR ME. Everyone is complaining about the battery for the ONEPWR vacuum line. I have a ONEPWR hand vacuum. For me, both the vacuum and the battery. have lasted 9 years of daily use so far. So I don't know what people are doing that is causing batteries to die . Perhaps if it's a full size vacuum that they're using, then that's a different story. Perhaps Hoover should explore different or larger batteries for larger vacuums. Or the user on is leaving the battery on the charger and not taking it off once it's full which is what I do. So all I can say it's been a great hand vacuum and a great battery. No idea if Hoover changed battery manufacturer or if it's the same manufacturer perhaps that quality has taken a nose dive. If I was Hoober I would investigate because they are clearly losing business. Hoover has long had an excellent reputation but reputations can be lost out of carelessness. HOOVER: fix the problem! Do a quality check of your manufacturers! Provide tips in instructions on how to prolong battery life: Do's and Do Not's!

2 batteries came with my vacuum 1 lasted a couple months and the other a year. I would not buy this vacuum due to them expecting you to buy replacement batteries

I bought the 4Ah Battery and it works well. I have no complaints...and delivery was fast and hassle free. Thank you!

Won’t charge - barely had this over a year, and the battery no longer charges.

Very easy to use and charge, in my house one charge lasts for one carpeted room plus part of a second. I recommend having 2 batteries.

Bought 1st then 2nd battery for Hoover vacuum, and both died equally in short amount of time with very little use. Very disappointed for the amount of money I paid for these products.

I paid hundred for this to not work less than a year. It looks brand new but won't charge.

This battery doesn't last nearly as long as it should. I purchased in April of 2023 and by the end of 24 it no longer takes a charge. The one that came with the vacuum is doing the same. I can't let it go completely dead or it won't charge. You're better off with a vacuum that charges not depends on these lithium batteries.

I have had my vacuum for about 18 months and I have already replaced the battery once and now the second battery won't charge. Reading up about these batteries, they should last 2 to 3 years. Love rhe vacuum when it works but very frustrating having to constantly replace the battery.

I've had 2 Hoover OnePWR products (stick vac & hand vac) for 4+ yeras to replace Dyson machines. The vaccuum itself provides a great product at the pricepoint by comparison. We moved to the Hoover platorm as we were unhappy with having to replace the Dyson batteries yearly. Turns out, The Hoover OnePWR batteries are just as mediocre as competitors. We're averaging 12 to 18 months of life in the batteries and at over $100 per battery, it just isn't great. I have cordless drills and saws (Makita) that have batteries that arguably work just as hard and are twice as onld. Hoover needs to improve this part of their system to make for a truly recommendable product.

i had a terrible experience with the company HOOVER. they sent me the wrong item & refused to correct it & the item i was given does not have the suction or power it was supposed to have... however! these batteries charge pretty quickly & last a long time between charges. the actual charger is the size of the battery & battery just clicks into it & plugs into the wall wherever. you don't need a charging station area for it. i am not impressed w hoover products or hoover at all, however, if you have any of the ONEPWR items these batteries are pretty good... they won't improve the function of the vacuum unfortunately or magically make hoover have integrity, but as far as an extra battery goes, it's a good thing. i would buy hoover items from somewhere w a fair return policy and not directly from hoover bc that will put you on my team i'm betting.

To save battery power, I plug it in when I see, by pressing the button, that the indicator shows only one light on. And, as soon as the battery is recharged, I unplug it. I know it's done when I see that there are no more lights on on the battery. I'm not in the habit of leaving it always or for too long on the charging base. The original battery was able to retain its initial power despite the passage of time. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I will not hesitate to purchase a replacement battery if necessary.

Battery did not last more than a month. Charger indicates its a dead battery. Wont charge! Do not recommend! Terrible battery!
