Great Phone Features

Blu works great
I am enjoying the phone and my purchase with 100% satisfaction. Everything works easily and isn't too complicated to figure out, which can at times be a problem with some phones. I'd not heard of Blu phones before but this phone clearly demonstrates the professionalism inherent in your company. As I said before, I am 100% satisfied with this purchase.

Phone is way too big, can’t customize ring tone for text messages from certain callers, can’t bulk delete text messages (have to open each message to delete each one, can’t delete selected phone calls from log (you can only clear the entire call history), can’t access my existing gmail account (it wants the to create a new account). Yuck!

This is my second BLU phone, I was thinking about switching to a brand name, but I like the workings of this brand, so far. This one is longer than my other phone, but it's comfortable. So I guess all is good, now. Thank u.

Recently, I decided to upgrade from a flip phone to a smartphone. I am unhappy about how to turn the phone off. I have to press the power button and the volume button at the same time. As I start to press the off button, it goes away and I have to try many times before I can get the phone to turn off. Also, I have found some features no longer work. I use this phone to text some relatives and in case of an emergency. There is no way, I would stop using my landline.

File transfer
File transfer using the USB cable is not obvious. After connecting with the computer, swipe down from the top of the BLU screen, click the USB banner, and select transfer files. Otherwise, the computer just charges the phone battery.

Dropped calls and sensitive keyboard
I have had issues with dropped calls or being told someone cannot hear me clearly. I also have trouble with the keyboard being small and easily hit the home button instead of the space bar.

Phone says corrupt and have to keep rebooting.
I bought this for my 96 year old mother so she can text easier. It is forever saying this phone is corrupt which upsets her.

Blu phone
This is the worst phone I've ever owned. It freezes up constantly and cuts off on me all the time including whole I'm talking to people on the phone. Now I need to buy another phone. You sold me a lemon!

Great value!
This phone has plenty of space, a great battery life, and a decent camera. Great value for the money. I don't know why people would spend hundreds, if not thousands of dollars of a phone when they could buy this.
