It arrived earlier than another order and on time. I'm impressed. I'll use it for smoothies or hot chocolate. I don't use Swiss Miss or its equivalent as much anymore. I prefer pure cacao/cocoa now.

The reason I started including raw cacao into my wellness routine is that I was having brain fog that was so bad it was scary, all because of going through perimenopause. I started doing research and saw that raw cacao powder can help bring oxygen to the brain and heart, and specifically help with brain fog. So I was desperate and willing to try anything. I added a good tablespoon to my coffee in the morning and firstly the taste is amazing if you like the dark chocolate flavor. After 2 weeks I started noticing notable changes in my brain fog. After a month, my brain fog was gone!! But when I'm saying brain fog, I thought I had early onset alzheimers it was so bad. I will NEVER be without this product. . . I recommend it to all my clients that are going through hormonal changes that develop brain fog. So highly recommend!

This stuff is really good. It tastes great and blends quickly (I've only used water). The price is great too. If you often buy higher priced items because the quality is better, I'm right there with you. However, this is one of those times that you will determine that a lower price tag can mean the same or even better quality. :D
