    Loving this printer, especially now that I can print A3 as well as A4. Very clear, high quality printing. Easy set up and, so far, no wireless connection issues. I would highly recommend this printer for personal use.

    Terrible lock in through misleading advertising by HP

    I bough the HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e to replace my 10+ year plus HP Office Jet. Unfortunately I chose the Instant Ink option to try and take advantage of the advertised big savings on ink cartridges. BIG MISTAKE as you are effectively handing over control to HP of the product that you bought. My printing patterns are not consistent month to month which is what Instant Ink is based on. And now there is no way back. HP controls my printer. In my view the advertising by HP is misleading (I know shame on me for not reading all the fineprint on accepting the agreement). Sadly the HP Smart only supports a Windows environment so a lot of the features advertised by HP is not available to any PC running another OS. Based on this behaviour by HP I am actively looking at ditching this new HP Office Jet and switch to a printer brand that allows me to use the product that you bought in the way I want to that also supports a wider eco - system.

    Installing printer humbug

    Terrific printer. However, setup was a 2 week effort because the wifi software not so good. HP tech were terrific once I got ahold of one that really knew what he was doing and finally fixed wifi hookup.

    Good machine - check my review

    I purchased this printer to replace an older one and be able to do A3 printing as well. Very good machine. 2 things to note. It is quite large so make sure that you have a suitable location. I thought that it would be better than my old printer when using thicker card. I am still having problems. Check specification regarding maximum thickness.

    Great printer

    Great value

    Easy setup; user interface is easy to use while offering plenty of options; worth the price, especially compared to similar models from competing brands (cost of printer and cost of ink were major factors in purchasing this model).

    Great Printer

    Printer is very good and the print quality on both A4 and A3 is fantastic. A little tricky to set up and get printing, however once done, it all good.

    hp 9030e

    The purchase was made because of the printers ability to print 11 x 17 plain paper pages. I have not yet been able to get a full sized print in that format from the machine. Not overly pleased with with the wi-fi connection either.

    Great Printer

    Great Printer, prints colour well, prints black and white well, scans well. Only four stars because when one presses print on the computer, it takes a white before it starts printing.
