Terrible installation instructions. Doesn’t take into account toilets with no space around them. Had to take apart and install around the toilet with no space for a screwdrives. Also terrible machined threads kept cross threading. Absolutely abysmal manufacturing. Do not buy!

Costway over the toilet storage

This is a sturdy cabinet and easy to build. The only issue that I had was the predrilled holes for the hinges were a bit off on one side so the door isn't even with the cabinet frame (easy fix). Other than that, the cabinet is very nice quality for the price. There's plenty of space with an adjustable shelf so taller items can be stored. It is very heavy, so I had to be creative. (I'm 5' 3" and an older). I built the bottom frame first and put that in place. Then, I built the cabinet, leaving off the doors, and attached it to the frame. After that, I installed the doors. Much better and easier than what the directions show. If you're looking for a low cost cabinet, I would definitely recommend this one.

Used damaged item sold as new

Item was very clearly used and resold as new. Several parts were scuffed, damaged, and covered in some sort of glue residue. Several parts weren’t labeled and several screws and small pieces were stuffed into a plastic bag so you had to sort through the bag and separate the pieces. I couldn’t get replacement parts or a partial refund. I have to return the item and order a replacement. They don’t even offer the option of ordering a replacement item.
