I do not recomend
It was not refurbished conditions. It was just used- damaged parts monitor and I was very surprised Target and Acer think it's ok to sell as this condition. I never seen refurnished good with completely used parts. The manufacturer normally replaces with new parts to meet the sellable quality and I never want to purchase Acer

Unfortunately there is no way to determine why a particular model was recertified. With that said, these should be purchased with the expectation of some possible cosmetic issues, but the product should be in working condition.
