I got these over a year ago, after a few weeks of using the right bud began dying super quick and then later the charging case wouldnt work to charge the bud. I replaced them since they were under warranty, and then the new ones had a problem with a loud popping noise when using noise cancelation. So again, I replaced those for a new one and I'm on my 3rd pair... would not recommend.

My Galaxy Buds3 lasted me about three months when one of my buds stopped working, so I had to send them to Samsung for repair, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. My other issue is that I have a difficult time keeping them in my ears and I need it to be able to a bit louder.

I like the noise cancelation for the other end during phone calls. I can be in the car with the windows down and the person I'm speaking to on the phone only hears my voice. Coming from previously having the Galaxy Buds Live, I have a few problems with the Buds 3. The first thing is the shape. They hurt my ears after an hour of use, and with longer use I find my ears are scabbing over, are tender, and sore. The pause/play button is impossible to press without moving the Buds placement in the ear, so I end up not using it. I've bought silicone covers for both the Buds Live and Buds 3 to keep them from getting dirty. This is especially necessary for the Buds 3 since they fall out ears very easily. The covers that are out there for the Buds 3 sort of mitigate the problem with little arms that brace them in the ear. They hurt with or without the covers, especially the sharp edges of the speakers without the covers. Lastly the Buds Live fit and charge properly in the case with silicone covers on. The Buds 3 however, seem to not be able reach the prongs to charge in the case with the thin layer on silicone that the covers have. They also won't fit in the case with the lid closed. In closing, if the Buds 3 had the form factor of the Buds Live I would give them 5 stars.

If your buds are disconnecting a lot, it may be because of a weak Bluetooth connection or if they're not in your ears correctly. We also see that you may be having a hard time finding the right fit. Be sure to double-check that you're wearing them right. Look at the bottom of the earbuds for the L and R marks. The R bud goes in your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud goes in your left ear with the L facing you. Make sure the microphone is angled toward your mouth, not straight down. You can also twist the buds a bit to find the best fit. Also, make sure your Bluetooth connection is strong and that your earbuds' software is updated. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds rather than canal-type, they don’t have traditional earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears, ensuring the R bud goes in your right ear and the L bud in your left ear, with the respective letters facing you. Angle them slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth, and feel free to adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel just right. I received the Galaxy Buds 3 in good packaging and have been using them for the past month. They are really nice, especially with the 360-degree sound turned on. The call quality and Bluetooth connectivity are excellent. I really like them and have paired them with my Samsung S25 Ultra. Thank you, Samsung!

Can't keep in my ear, lack of seal affects otherwise good sound and noise cancellation. I don't recommend this product unless you can check for fit before you purchase. It is the only Samsung product that has disappointed me. It was an add on for a new phone and unfortunately not a good value.

When wearing their Buds3, we understand that the new tipless design may take some time for some people to get used to. When they wear their buds, they should check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. They will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into the right ear with the R facing them. Insert the L bud into the left ear with the L facing them. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards their mouth rather than straight down. They can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels right. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope these tips enhance your experience with the Buds3!
