[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these earbuds for a while now, and I gotta say, they're pretty sweet. The sound quality is really good, especially for the size. They fit comfortably in my ears, which is a huge plus. Battery life is decent, I can get through most of the day without needing to recharge. The noise cancellation is also pretty impressive, blocks out a lot of background noise. And the AI features like like interpretations are perfect. They're super easy to pair with my phone. Overall, I'm really happy with these earbuds. Definitely recommend them!

After owning these for 2 weeks now. I can confidently say these suck. The left ear bud wouldn't charge and would die in the case. Okay, google told me to use a small screwdriver and push the connectors. They constantly hook up to my Bluetooth while they sit on my desk un-used and drain the battery. Not worth the price for all the problems. When they actually DO work with a full charge they preform pretty well. Thats why I gave it a 3 star.

I didn't have any allergies to the older Samsung earbuds. But I don't know why I have such an allergy to this version. I've been suffering from dry ears and itching since I bought these earbuds 3 months ago, and I don't wear them for long time. I don't use them for more than an hour a day

I like the clear and crisp sound you can hear when using them. I also like that they fit really well in your ears. The only thing I don't like is that it's very confusing when it tells you the buds are 100% charged, but their case is 30%... so, are they charged or not? In resume, I loved my buds!!

I've had them for only 9 months and the right earbud started loudly beeping with a high pitch in my ear. Only 9 months! Then when I took them back to the retailer to be replaced, Samsung's policy is to take them for WEEKS to look at them. I wish other brands would come out with similar earbuds that don't require them to clog my ear so I could have some more choice...

The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—you will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. We'd like to gather some additional information regarding the connection. These are awful for running. They constantly fall out . I have followed all directions and videos and they do not stay in. The spund quality is amazing though

When you put them in, make sure the "R" on the right earbud is facing you, just as the "L" should for the left. Not so good battery life

Battery life runs out too fast, even if you don't use the earbuds, even when they're sitting in their case. I've Anaya used Bose and decided to purchase these bc of the AI feature, I'm returning these and going back to Bose.
