Deftective Product & Target Refuses Credit! This Is Just WRONG.
First, this name brand high dollar product does not work. Periodically, the sounds becomes garbled like the buds are too far away from the phone. The phone is sitting right there. I returned the product within the defined return period in person. The employee was having difficulty because this product was a "Third Party" product. I, as the purchaser, had no knowledge of this "Third Party" situation and certainly wouldn't have purchased this from Target had I know this would cause any issues returning a defective product. I made FOUR trips in person and numberous trips to the Target store located at 1525 Market Place Blvd, Cumming, GA 30041. This was never resolved and I ended up with a stupid Merchandise Card. A Marchadise Card is partially worthless because you can not use it on line or for store pickups. The refund should have been made to the method I originally made the purchase. Yes, I'm disappointed in Samsung, but I am angry with Target for this unfair and ridiculous treatment due to no fault of my own. Thanks for listening!

FAKES
CHECK IF THERE REAL! bought mine on black Friday and I saw the signs right away that they were fake make sure the box it comes with doesn't say service wechat on the qr code on the back that's one sign its fake. Its supposed to say ( Glaxay Wearable) the reviewdidnt let me add photos for some reason. I have the original ones now and I totally recommend but get them on the samsung website.

I'm giving a 4 star because of service, but I'd give the buds a 5*. I have had the buds plus for years, but these beat even those out of the water. Sound core nc4 don't hold a candle to these. Honestly, I don't use the warranties so these being the international version was fine with me. Mine turned out to be the ones sold in the middle east. Thank you guys! USPS shipping was bunzz and never updated, so I thought I got scammed but these are the best earbuds I've ever had!!! You can get these off Samsungs website if you really want the warranty, but honestly they offer 30$ Allstate insurance if you're really skeptical. All considered, even with the Allstate insurance you'd save around $100+
