    Best for side lying extensions

    This foam roller is awesome for my rehabilitation side lying body extensions. I also use it for iliac pull backs. I recommend.

    Excellent quality but VERY hard

    It is somewhat uncomfortable to use as the hardest version of the foam roller. It feels very different than other softer versions I’m used to using.

    I love these firm foam rollers

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time keeping these in stock for my patients. Having a 36" foam roller is so much more versatile than the short ones. I will definitely order again if you would consider decreasing the amount of packaging. No extra plastic or individual cardboard is needed.

    Awesome addition to my home gym

The grip is so comfortable and the bar has a little heft to it which I like a lot. The swivels are nice and quiet and very smooth, it’s 37 inches long which is absolutely perfect for all exercises. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and shipping was blazing fast!!!

    Great product

    Just what I needed

    I just got back from physical therapy & the foam roller was at the my door. It was well packaged. I used and I was surprised, very stiffed & firm like the one at my physical therapy office. It feels so good on my achy, sore muscle shoulder blade, now I can do the exercise the physical therapist showed me with the foam roller at home.
