Q: I have changed the filter a number of times. Why, after this last change yesterday, does the water taste funny? Like chlorine, possibly? I ran it for five minutes with cold water, as usual.

    The new filters are terrible

    The quality the the new PUR filter is terrible. I used a TDS meter on my tap (513 ppm) and tested the water from a new PUR filter (flushed for 5 min per instructions) and it had 470 ppm. This is barely safe to drink and little filtering. After years of using PUR, I’ve now switched to the Zero Water.

    It NEVER ARRIVED. The status was stuck on "your order arrives today!" for days without ever being delivered. When I tried to cancel the order for a refund after never receiving it, it somwhow updated the order to "waiting fir return" and I was sent a return label via email.
