Q: How do you trouble shoot the Bluetooth not connecting? I have turned on/off, reset my phone, turned off all other Bluetooth items, disabled Bluetooth on other devices, and it still does not connect.

A: You can change out your battery by lightly gripping the handle in one hand and Brush Head in the other with the bristles pointing away from you. Gently pull the head off the handle in a slight arc motion to reveal the motor and battery.

Great Product!
Had bought one just like this one "Years ago." Excellent product, at a fair price, and very quality materials. Nice colors. I highly recommend this product to others. Suppose to clean your teeth much better than standard brushing.

Struggles
I have had so many problems with this toothbrush, primarily with the head of the toothbrush just always snapping off. I’ve had it for a few years now and it’s suddenly has just stopped charging as well. I know it’s not the cable because my water flosser charges fine.

Wonderful Toothbrush with Caveat
This is my second Quip, the first one served me well for many years and is still working. I just wanted an extra one and got a new (to me) color. The toothbrush now comes preloaded with a battery and with the head installed, making it ready to go, straight out of the package. These are awesome brushes, well designed, and they do a wonderful job. The subtle vibrating cues to switch sections of the mouth and reminder to clean your tongue are great for those of us who don't want to set a timer every time we brush while only half awake. My only caveat with this review is that I believe the base set should come with one extra brush head. I came down with COVID just a week after getting my new Quip, so now need to wait three months for the scheduled replacement. I wish I already had one back-up for just such an emergency, when throwing out the old one is medically advised to prevent re-infection.

Mouthwash Leak
I have been using the Quip system for several years. I had a problem with the old brush I was using and ordered a new one, along with a bottle of mouthwash.. When it came, the mouthwash had leaked all over the package. When I tried to contact the company it took several tries through an AI response tree before I reached a human, but when I finally did, I received not only a new bottle of mouthwash but a new toothbrush, and they let me keep the old onesLeak. AI can be madding, but keep trying!

Good toothbrush that cracked
Original Quip toothbrush cracked and would stop vibrating. I had to held the on button down to get it to vibrate. I like the toothbrush so I bought a new one. This time with a metal handle instead of a plastic one. I also like getting the automatic new brush and battery renewal every quarter.

first use and i was IN LOVE!! it’s gentle enough that it doesn’t make my gums feel awful after but strong enough that it makes my teeth feel CLEAN!! highly recommend this for anyone who struggles with the vibration sounds or the feel of the vibration!!

Hard Button
I’ve been using a Quip toothbrush for a number of years and feel like it does a good job in cleaning my teeth. I just ordered a new one because mine was having some erratic behavior in terms of staying charged. The new one stays charged very well, but I find the button very hard to push. I need to use both of my thumbs to get the vibration started.

This brush will last you 10+ years
I bought my first Quip toothbrush 10-ish years ago, and I bought this new version because the old one had finally started to go (still works, though!). Exceptional manufacturing. I got the new all-black model and it came with a black brush head. I was afraid of toothpaste sticking to it, but so far it looks as stunning as the moment I unboxed it. The delay between pressing the button and when it starts makes sense but is a little off-putting coming from the old model that came right on; that’s just a personal preference. Overall, continually happy with Quip and their products!

Two Brushes' Internals Broke- Now Have Two Manual
Bought two of these- first one's internals cracked when replacing battery. Tried again, strictly following instructions, same weak point cracked. Once cracked, the brushs' 'sonic' movement only intermittently works. Neat design but a poor design when changing batteries.

Fun and functional
I love the glow-in-the-dark green color. The bristles are soft and the stutter timer helps me spend enough time in each area of my mouth. I am a huge fan of the quip toothbrushes.
