good concept but, the top pan rusts in the dishwasher and the bottom pan gets discolored when anything greasy get on it. The rust is what really bothers me. . . I expect higher quality for Rachael Ray

Great pan

This is a great pan. I love the slotted insert for bacon in the oven! I love the nonstick surface. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I'd like it to be the same size as a full sheet pan. It's a bit smaller, but overall a great pan.

I'm buying my second set today. While I love my first one, just like any other coated steel bakeware, over time, the coating chips/flakes off and rusts....and the bacon sticks to those spots. This would be great made of aluminum!

I was somewhat skeptical- how different could it be from putting a rack on top of a baking sheet? Well, it’s WAY better. I’ve roasted veggies, potatoes and cooked French fries on it and all have turned out perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside. Highly recommend!

Too small for my home baker

Teenage son loves to bake cookies and these pans are too small. The sheets would waste energy and time because of the need to split up cookies into tiny batches.

No more tin foil!

Even better than advertised. Thought for sure cleanup would still be messy; however, 3 frozen burgers, 1/3 of a bag of fries and 2 big pieces of fried chicken initiated the crisper pan and were not only cooked perfectly, cleanup was so easy. I just let the pan set a little while and when cooled everything basically wiped clean with paper towels so all I had to do was wash in really hot water and it was as good as new. Finally, something as it is supposed to be and as advertised. Well worth the money. Have not tried bacon (do not have it only once in a blue moon) but there are many other things that can be done. Going to try meatballs next (turkey). Hate fat saturating everything. I am excited over this. If I had more money, I would use more of Rachael Ray's products (even though they are very reasonably priced, just don't have much money) as she has a real good sense of what is important when cooking and with cleanup.
