To be honest I haven't been able to use this product much to see if it's made a difference in my hair, because it smells so so so so so strong in fragrance.(Floral is all I got before it made me feel sick and I had to get out of the shower) I have chronic migraine and am very sensitive to smells so it was honestly a hellish experience trying to use this hair mask. It smells so bad and so strong.

My super fine hair is long and tangles easily. I tried the sample size of this conditioner to rehydrate and help with the ongoing tangle battle. It made such a difference, I now use it 1-2 times a week. I love the shine and smoothness in my hair. It also soothes my scalp days it’s feeling super itchy.

Although this definitely adds softness, I would expect it to since you are conditioning your hair twice, per the directions. This is time consuming, wastes water and seems pointless. Don’t need a product that adds steps and time to my hair routine.

I was super excited to try this hair mask, especially with all the good reviews. I have thick, wavy straight hair, and after using this product for about two months, I realized my hair was coming out in clumps in and out of the shower. Once I stopped using it my hair shedding went back to normal. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

I LOVE this hair mask. I’ve tried many, many hair masks throughout the years. I spent a ton of money at Sephora and professional salons looking for the hair mask that would defrizz my hair. I tried this hair mask on a whim because it was on sale, and I loved it!! My hair is fine and gets frizz easily. This hair mask makes it shiny, tames my frizz and doesn’t weight my hair down. It is thick, creamy, and goes on so yummy. It smells nice and feels like it’s gonna do wonders on my hair! But it does nothing. I’ve used nearly the entire jar, 1x a week, but there is no change in the condition of my hair. It’s still dry, it’s still frizzy, and this doesn’t boost shine. I’m sad about it.

The product caused severe hair breakage. Prior to using this product my hair was the longest it has ever been. When I used the product, I followed the directions and I did not apply this to my scalp - only my hair. It made my hair feel super soft when in the shower. I bought this in August and by October I noticed terrible breakage in my hair. I read reviews where people stated hair loss. Because my hair didn’t fall out in clumps after the first, second, or third use I didn’t realize this product was an issue. So just beware. The product may seem really good in the beginning but over time it dries the hair and causes hair breakage. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
