Working well but hard to find the button to change Setting or to turn off

I bought this because I was having increased migraines due to allergies causing sinus pressure. Applying pressure seemed to be the only way to get relief. I have had this for 3 days now and used it 7 times.Positives: You can adjust the amount of pressure and heat. Extremely comfortable to wear. Adjustable strap is also comfortable. The highest pressure is wonderful, I could adjust the placement to wear the massage would be spot on the sinus below the corner of my eye. The pressure on the eyes is not too much when you get the fit adjusted to your facial structure. The heat feels great. It is very warm and relaxing. Leaves me feeling very calm.Negatives: the music is just not for me. I suggest a newer model where the music can be turned off. The waves aren’t that bad, but the instrumental part is not soothing and kind of distracting. I honestly wish I could cut the wire. I don’t care to use the Bluetooth to play through my phone because I would rather have silence when I have a headache.The buttons are very sensitive to the touch and when you are trying to adjust with the headset on, it is frustrating at first. I am still trying to get the hang of it. I would suggest the power button on one side and the adjustable features on the opposite side. I continuously change the mode when I am trying to adjust the pressure or heat.I am a small person. I can make this work for my face, but I think it would be helpful to create a smaller model of this as well, for smaller faces.I think the product could use some adjustments, but I still give it 5 stars bc it is doing what I needed it to do by relieving the sinus pressure and headache and bonus calming. It’s a great product and I hope they take the suggestions to enhance the product as I would buy another one.

Very easy to use and does a great job.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. Everyone that has seen it/used it has ordered their own. Easy to use, nice eye massage that you didn’t know you needed.

It oddly feels amazing! Super easy to use and set up. I’d highly recommend!

My wife suffers from migraines, this product helps calm her nerves and relaxes the migraine intensity. Her only complaint is that the buttons are too close together, when you are wearing the device and trying to change modes you accidentally hit a button that you didn’t intend for.

Just received it and tried shortly. It's overall very nice but quite noisy as mentioned by others. I thought they meant the music was too loud but it's actually the mechanical movements that are very noisy. Would still recommend as it provides a nice relief.

I bought this because I have severe dry eye and heat helps to soothe them. I love this thing, but I do wish you could control the volume. Sometimes I doze off with it on and the lady scares the crap out of me when she announces that "Eye protection is over." I had my mother to try it and she loves it. Her birthday is next month so I'll be getting another for her.

My constant headaches that I had almost everyday disappeared after using this product for 3 days.Excellent product!The design of this product looks luxury. The fabric used for the inner part (the one that touches eyes) is really soft and nice to touch.My wife and I use this product, we have different head size, hence we need to adjust the elastic band, surprisingly it is very easy to adjust it. It is firm and made of good quality of elastic band.It is very simple to use this product. Put it one, press the power button lighlty for a few seconds, a welcome female voice is heard to welcome us, and it will start the massaging. You can use a few different modes from 5 to 15 minutes duration.A highly recommended product to those that normally have tired eyes and headaches from the tiredness.

I suffer from chronic migraines and for the past 6 months I’ve had one every single day - I came across this device and figured it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try. WOW - this has been the only thing that’s allowed me to fall asleep the past few days. I love the Sleep Mode as it massages my temples and right above my eyes where the source of my pain is.CONS :I wish the battery life was longer-And there is a tightness across my nose that isn’t the most comfortable.

Arrived in great condition and packaging. The instructions were clear and although the buttons were at first difficult to find with my eyes closed, I found the settings easily changeable. The device provides a surprising amount of warmth and pressure. I'm not sure of the extent of the long-term benefits from using this device but it was comfortable to use and definitely feels relaxing. The default music is likely to get repetitive quickly, but the bluetooth worked well and allowed me to relax with my own music. The only major criticism I have is that the movement of the inner parts of the device is quite loud, and will sometimes muffle the music.However, overall I would recommend the Eye Massager - it provides a very good variety of settings and adjustments, and it is great for someone that wants a 10-minute chill out at the end of a tough working day!

This eye massager is amazing. I get alot of headaches around my eyes and wanted something to allieviate that slightly. I also have trouble getting to sleep on occasions and wanted something to relax me before bed. This device works really well on both fronts. The power and strength of the massage is also better than I thought it would be. It also has bluetooth, so I play music from my phone straight to the eye massager. Nice feature.Overall, I am more than pleased with this eye massager and would recommend it to anyone

I love the heat with this product. This product does not massage directly on your eyes but around your eyes. Your eyes feel the heat which is very relaxing.

Great product,will buy again

Just started using my eye massager. I was skeptical at first but it’s been helpful with eye strain and fatigue. I use it at the end of the day for a few minutes. It’s helped with relaxing, stress reducing, and eye strain from staring at my monitor all day.

I am IN LOVE with this eye massager! It's the perfect amount of heat, pressure and calming music. I will be using this every night before bed and I see it being extremely helpful for when I have headaches. I am about to be SO ZEN!
