Q: The radio Is loud. The Bluetooth is quiet. Am I doing something wrong ?

A: Hello Paula, Thank you for your review and feedback! We wanted to reach out with a few troubleshooting tips. If you find that the radio AM/FM volume seems much louder than the volume you get when you play music via Bluetooth, then it is likely that the volume on your device that you are sending the music through is turned down. The volume on your device may be turned all the way up, but then when you Bluetooth connect it to the radio it can auto adjust to a lower volume setting. We suggest connecting the radio to your device via Bluetooth, then adjusting the volume on your device all the way up, and then using the radio volume knob to adjust the volume. This should get you the maximum volume output available. If you still find the volume to be significantly quieter when listening to Bluetooth versus the AM/FM radio then we would suggest exchanging the product as it may be defective. regarding online pick up -I ordered the cream and I got the green one, which costs less instead. they never notified me but took the price of the more expensive. shady

Bought this for a drive in theatre for a double feature and it lasted more than 3 hours straight oh my of the box. No problems with volume or connectivity. I now use it more than my JBL Xtreme speaker lol
