Q: Are the treble and bass knobs supposed to actually work? Mine do nothing when I turn them. This is very poor. I left a good review before noticing this. Now I am sorry I did.

I represent the manufacturer of this radio and have confirmed with our Product Engineering Dept. that yes, the treble and bass EQ knobs do function, but only in BT (Bluetooth) and AUX modes. Q: How do you switch this radio to am/fm. I only seem to be able to use Bluetooth.

  • A: Hello R, Thank you for reaching out! Bluetooth Mode is the default mode when you turn this radio on. To switch out of default mode and between the other modes find the button labeled "M" on the back of the radio and press it one push at a time (do not hold) until you reach FM Mode. Then use the FM/AM tuning control knob on the front of the radio to select the desired radio station. Make sure the telescopic antenna is fully extended and rotate it to find the best reception for your desired channel. The step by step instructions for this process can also be found in the user manual that came with the radio, but if you do not have it feel free to email our Tech Support Team at support@ttinno.com to receive a PDF version via email. Perfect bathroom radio

Adorable! Perfect size for my vanity counter. Love the old school simplicity of the radio tuning (unlike two other radios I purchased and returned because there was no manual way to tune to stations!).

Ruined by a bad design decision.

Bought and returned in frustration. Expensive for what it actually is, but the radio BT combo was perfect for my use case: a small but decent sounding radio for my 90yo mother in a nursing home. She would leave it on the local public radio station for her classical music and jazz, but we could play other music from our phones when visiting. BUT... Utterly stupid design decision kills usability: always turns on in Bluetooth mode! There is NOT an obvious mode selector on the front with the other knobs for AM/FM/BT/Aug. Instead there is a tiny button on the back only labeled M that you have to use every single time you turn the thing on, picking it up and turning it over. Does not remember your last setting. Sooo dumb, because on this overpriced gadget with who knows how high a profit margin, some clown in product management wanted to shave 50 cents off a $50+ item that should probably really be about $25 if not for being Magnolia.

Neat little radio!

I picked up this radio at Target to listen to in my office at work. I liked the looks of it and its size. It takes up very little space on my desk. Another reviewer said that it looks cheap, but I don't think so at all. The radio is very nice looking, solid, and sturdy, especially by today's standards, and the reception really surprised me. I was not expecting it to be as good as it is. The sound quality is also quite good, especially for a radio that is so compact. The bluetooth works seamlessly. One of my hobbies is collecting real antique radios, so I am not easy to please when it comes to modern radios, but I like this one. That says a lot.
