Heat stopped working after less than a year. Barely gets warm now. No way to open it up to see if something got disconnected inside so it’s basically garbage now. So disappointed.

Life-changing hair tool!
My har dresser recommended this tool. I am so impressed by the results. Literally one tool and my har is smoother than I ever achieve with my usual giant round brush and blow dryer + flat iron. Something about the shape of the brush gets the hair off my scalp right at the root, and creates a really nice consistency in texture that I usually need to use a flat iron or giant curling iron to achieve. It took half the time, felt a lot gentler on my hair, and was just a whole lot easier choreographically.
