Fishy burts horrible. I have tried it without food, with food and waited for an hour etc. Horrible makes it really hard to take for the price you pay.

I like the company and ingredients. But the capsule formulation is not my favorite nor my husbands. If you don’t swallow it just right, then you’ll feel the pills in your throat and be burping up a kelp/seaweed taste for eternity. We solve this by taking them at night. But my husband says to not buy them for him again!

I’ve historically taken Rainbow Light Men’s Multivitamin and had great luck with them. My local Target stopped carrying those, so I did some research online and ordered Ritual Men’s 18+. 2 days after I started taking them, I became super fatigued and noticed some muscle weakness. I thought nothing of it and kept taking them. After 2 weeks with no relief, I quit taking the vitamins and was back to normal within a day. It didn’t make sense to me that a multivitamin would cause this, so two weeks later, I took another vitamin and that afternoon the fatigue was back. I’m not sure why this vitamin does this, and I’m not sure what ingredient or source of ingredient may be causing it. It’s also worth noting that after 2 weeks on the vitamin, I had routine labs done and was vitamin D deficient despite the vitamin having vitamin D in it. All other labs were perfectly normal, and I have no health issues, so the fact that I remained vitamin D deficient despite supplementation was concerning. Finally, the takes and ensuing burps are terrible. The mint block in the bottle gives a weird minty-fish smell to the vitamins, but the burps up to an hour after taking the vitamins are super fishy…worse than any fish oil supplement I’ve ever taken. Assume it may be the algae sources or something. But it’s bad. Needless to say I tossed half a bottle and started supplementing only with vitamin D and life is good. It’s a shame these cost so much for such little performance.

The overall product is good. However, my boyfriend hates the mint flavor. When will the men’s multivitamin be available in citrus??

They're going to charge you without notification. They're not going to send you an email before they do so. And then they're not going to refund your money, even if you respond immediately after seeing the charge. The vitamins are fine. They have a little mint thing inside, which is supposed to make you think something. The smell is overpowering. Save 70% and buy Nature Made.

My first two-month experience has been poor. For the second time in a row, my order has arrived late, leaving me without supplements for multiple days. This seems to defeat the purpose of a subscription.

I probably wouldn’t come to leave this review if I hadn’t been prompted by email to do so, as my problem is very easily solved. I’ve been a member of ritual subscription for somewhere between 6-12 months. At some point they started to send bottles at less than monthly intervals, in spite of there being exactly one months worth of pills in each order. As such, I now have about three months worth of extra vitamins. I need to cancel my subscription or else I will be drowning in these things. The vitamins themselves are great. They deliver on their promises: they taste better than others, and can be taken on an empty stomach without any kind of discomfort. I just have way too many of them now.

I have been using this multi vitamin for a long time and notice the benefits of good health.

Bought these for my husband, they were good for a few months then something changed and now they taste like minty fish to him. They have a metal smell to them if he touches the vitamin then his hands smell like metal.
