Since this is our base end model it doesn't come with the Roku voice remote which has the power and volume buttons, it comes with the Roku simple remote. If you are looking for a product that comes with the Roku Voice remote so you can access the power, volume, and voice button the Roku Express 4K+, Roku Streaming Stick 4K, and the Roku Ultra all would be the best fit for you.

Q: If I am unable to connect my actual TV to the internet, can I get this and connect only the Roku itself to the internet and just have it show up on my TV?

I’m not sure what you’re trying to stream without internet but the Roku Ultra device is able to play content off of a USB that’s about all you can do with a Roku and no internet.
