Q: The Roku Express HD doesn't come with a roku plug adaptor?
A: Hello, Ann! Please know that each Roku player will have different power requirements. The power adapter was removed from the 2022 Roku Express because the player is low power enough to be powered by nearly any TV. If you'd prefer to plug it into a wall outlet instead, grab any standard USB adaptor you have at your house (like your phone charger cube), and you'll be ready to go. Happy Streaming!

Q: So since the app buttons don't work on the express, does that mean the volume, on-off, channel and etc buttons do not work as well? thank you!
A: Hi, Naj! The pre set app buttons on the Express do indeed work. Since this is our base end model it doesn't come with the Roku voice remote which has the power and volume buttons, it comes with the Roku simple remote. If you are looking for a product that comes with the Roku Voice remote so you can access the power, volume, and voice button the Roku Express 4K+, Roku Streaming Stick 4K, and the Roku Ultra all would be the best fit for you.

Q: Can I add another item to pair with this one and play the same programin multiple rooms? If not, what do I need to be able to do this, please?
A: Hello AKJules, What you can do to mirror the same program on multiple TV would to use a splitter, although you'd have to run long HDMI cables to each TV. All Roku Devices have the same content on them but playing them at the same time doesn't ensure they will be synchronized.

A: Hello Mr. This device comes with a simple remote that does not have power or volume on the remote. You can purchase the remote separately or upgrade to the Express 4K+ that comes with the Roku Voice remote.
