I really like it and the colors but red is my favorite color

A little too small when using RTIC ice packs. A little too tough to zipper. A little isn’t enough.

I just like to thank y'all for the cooler. I bought it for my granddaughter for when her mama has to pack her up and take her places she has her own bag for all her cold stuff and snacks. It came out wonderful. Definitely will be buying more products from y'all in the future.

This is my second cooler, lost the first one after using it about 3 years. The zipper on this one is so much easier. Much improved. Love the patriotic colors.

Loaded drinks and ice for 6hr car trip to beach and most of the ice had melted by arrival.

The zipper on this cooler broke after 1 use, and I used the lubricant on the seam as instructed

Large enough to carry substantial items (besides cans), not too big or awkward. Keeps everything very cold and is basically a great replacement for the very large cooler in the basement that we now need to give away.

I have a RTIC cooler and love it. I thought I would try the soft-side cooler. Works like a champ!

Very impressive cooler. Will hold ice for more than 8 hours, even opening up many times to retrieve drinks.

Loving this cooler for its incredible ability to retain cold. It kept ice frozen and contents cold for an entire day on the beach without any shade available- sun was beating down on cooler for hours on very hot day. My only complaint is that it's on the heavy side, so it's tough on my neck to lug it more than a very short distance. Maybe just the price one pays for a more effective cooler. Would surely be less of an issue with a smaller capacity model also. Would love if it had a side compartment for uncooled items (e. g. cutlery, bottle opener) but just a minor suggestion.

It was a replacement of one that someone stole from me at a park. It was not the right size totally ordered the wrong size. my kids thru out the box and all that so I can’t return it. Probably never gonna use it, maybe give it to someone? Just too big for a soft side cooler. I did go to store a buy a new to replace my 30 can cooler and love it.

After much research, this cooler was chosen and purchased to transport medication that needs to be kept refrigerated-under 40* while traveling, sometimes for up to 24 hours at a time. Although not important for the purpose we need it, the teal blue color is attractive. For our purposes the cooler is nicely compact and light weight, and has a comfortable padded shoulder strap for carrying. When it arrived we did a rest run. Cooled the cooler down for several hours with large ice block packs before removing them and quickly loading it with ice packs (Cooler Shock lunch box size ice packs) under, over, around and between the two medication packs. The 12 can soft cooler was the perfect size to fit in all the pieces. We then sat the cooler on the floor in a shady area of the kitchen approximately 76*, and waited exactly 24 hours. We then unzipped and slid a refrigerator thermometer in the cooler- not touching any of the ice packs, zipped it back up quickly and left it for 15 minutes. At that time we fully opened the cooler as assessed its performance. VERY PLEASED! We found the thermometer reading 38*! The ice packs under and between the medication cases were still frozen SOLID! The ones on the sides and on top were still frozen but slightly soft only around the edges. The cooler performed better than expected! We are using it on a trip in the fall that includes a 13 hr flight and 5 hr train ride, and feel comfortable that it will work as promised…which gives us great peace of mind about traveling again with medication! Cool design. Light and durable. Only issue I have is when I’m loading ice the lid is too stiff to stay open.

We took our new cooler on our camping trip 3 days ago and the zipper tab broke off. I know from reading reviews that the zipper is stiff but I didn’t expect it to break. So now it’s even more difficult to use the zipper. Other than that it keeps things cold and ice doesn’t melt for days. I am hoping I can return or maybe the company will reimburse another way? We were wanting to get another small soft cooler.

The 20 can cooler is a great size for the beach or a road trip. The cooler does a great job keeping everything cold for the day.
