Just bought these containers for cookies I am making for a wedding ! It’s very disappointing to get them home and the labels leave an ugly tape residue from your labels! I’ve never had so much trouble getting labels off an item in my life!!!im going to be embarrassed being my cookies to the wedding in these containers!!

Unfortunately, adhesive can sometimes become stickier over time or when temperature changes occur during transportation or storage. To remove the adhesive from a plastic container, rub a small amount of cooking oil over the label. Allow it to soak for approximately 30 minutes to soften the label. You should then be able to wipe or wash away the label and adhesive using mild dish soap. If you experience only stickiness, we recommend applying a liberal amount of flour to the area and letting it stand for a few minutes. Afterward, you should be able to rub off the stickiness. Terrible labels. There’s nothing I hate more than buying a product and then having to spend 20 minutes scrubbing off awful labels with cheap, nearly permanent, adhesives. I never have this issue with brands like Oxo. This was just ridiculous, though. The labels wouldn’t peel off cleanly at all, so I needed to use a combination of very hot water and isopropyl alcohol to vigorously scrub them clean as to avoid having permanent tacky spots all over the exterior of the containers. The containers themselves are fine.

Overall this is a quick and cheap way to package a cake. I however like to stay away from plastic and stick to glass, but that’s just my preference. Good for sending off food, pretty easy to wash.

It worked and was so big! But when I washed it, I could not get the stickers and glue off. There were so many stickers and they were all stuck. There was even what looked like a security tag under one of the stickers and you could still see it. It kind of made the whole item look yucky because of the glue residue and sticker stuff. I tried hot water, soap, scrubbing sponges. None worked.
