I have NEVER had any problems with shampoo like this. I have healthy hair. BUT I started using this shampoo and immediately hair breakage and loss is REAL.it makes your hair really really dry and when you go to comb and brush is just comes right off. Now I’ll have to spend more money to get my hair healthy again.

I have thin hair and trying to find a shampoo that doesn't weigh down my hair but is also budget friendly can almost be impossible. This was a huge help though was light weight and didn't weigh down my hair!!! I'm not so sure on the thickening aspect but volume did increase in the roots.

Hair loss
My hair is NOTICEABLY thinner since I started using this shampoo and conditioner. It is falling in and out of the shower. The shampoo and conditioner are not volumizing or thickening,as a matter of fact, my hair has never looked thinner or more unhealthy. It does smell good, and it lathers well when a sufficient amount of water is added. I would not recommend this product. Btw the only thing I've changed about my hair routine (which is very simple) is the Saltair shampoo and conditioner.

Hair Loss!!
At first when I read some of the reviews, I brushed off those that mentioned hair loss (I didn't think it would apply to me). HOWEVER, I noticed that I was losing so much hair after every wash using this shampoo!! Initially I was using Native, but decided to switch it up and gave this brand a try. Now that i've run out, i switched back to native and on the first wash there was little to no hair loss using Native shampoo!! I'm not sure if one of the ingredients in this brand is too strong, but please be aware of this!!
