    Happy I Chose the Galaxy Buds FE

They fit comfortably and securely in my ears, and I can wear them for long periods without constantly having to adjust them.     proper fit problems

    can't get a proper fit. i've tried all 3 sizes of ear pads and have bought after market pads, still having a very hard time getting a proper fit.

    Came in damaged and the screen is extremely low quality. I can't even ask for a refund as it is against the policy.

We understand how important a secure fit is, especially when the earbuds begin sliding during use. The Galaxy Buds3 FE come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. If you need instructions for changing the tips, check out our guide for the Buds3 FE tips. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test to ensure you have the proper fit.     Stopped working within 6 months

    Purchased in January and by July they aren't working. The left bud won't charge and the right one is intermittent. After doing over 2 hours of product troubleshooting, I tried to submit for warranty. The warranty process was horrendous, they took over an hour to create the warranty ticket and had to use two different online platforms, it is very clearly an attempt to deter people from submitting. For this price point, the product quality is very poor.

    Great features

    I love my tablet s11. I dont have laptop anymore. Great size, performance, screen, memory battery and speaker. Good integration with my phone s25 ultra, and I can use my stylus to write and edit my pictures and videos.
