Completely disappointed with the quality of the product. I took a day off from work to have this installed and guess what the wireless box is defective. The box is dead. Before you have this installed make sure to test the box and the TV so you avoid the wheel spinning that I am going to go through with a return, taking a day off from work and paying the additional cost to have this reinstalled. I may return the TV and go for the LG G4. You get one shot at this Samsung! My choice was either the Frame or the LG G4/G5

The Samsung Frame TV Pro is the best TV I've ever owned. Crystal clear picture, brilliant colors, deep blacks, sharp contrast, excellent sound. And the wireless control box is a brilliant and long-overdue refinement: no messy cables! But its best feature is Art Mode, whereby you select from a wide range of quality images that reflect taste, mood or season, and beautifully decorate your space. It's simply the slickest, coolest TV out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boy oh boy, this TV will have you mesmerized whether setting th art mode and just enjoying what looks like a huge mona Lisa painting in your living area to watching football or baseball with your friends, the image is stellar with no stuttering and nice smooth motion of the ball whizing by. The only downside is how it draws you in and makes you just want to keep watching TV and movies as if you were at the theater. Amazing TV, I'm glad I got the Samsung version of the true frame and not the other guys brand. This one has a box that is connected to the TV so you can run one wire through your wall that carries power and all HDMI ports, making this a much easier and cleaner set up. I love it!

I didn’t know what I was going to expect but definitely not the clarity that the TV is giving.. the color boosters add so much more clarity in depth to the picture. This is beyond movie quality at home.!! The sound quality is also as amazing you feel like you have surround sound before you even had a sound bar.. it’s a smart TV that has all the apps that you can want. You can control it from your phone or the remote. It also makes for a great gaming TV because of the processing speed and how great the TV looks. I would definitely suggest this TV as a much needed purchase to upgrade your entertainment system. I am so happy that I got it.

The screen is glare free from any angle and the matte finish is great. The 4K resolution makes everything super clear and crisp. The art mode is amazing, as people think it’s just a picture on the wall and not a tv! The fact that it has a completely wireless box connection and is easy to set up is a plus. There are no problems with connectivity at all, no matter what streaming service I am using. I also have a Samsung range, and fridge with the family hub and being able to control everything through the Samsung smart things app is awesome. This TV sits flush against the wall instead of my other tvs that stick out a bit. This is truly a statement piece that looks and performs the best! I don’t think I can ever buy another tv as this has exceeded all my expectations.

I do quite like the art feature. It's kind of cool to be able to set your own favourite picture as a work of art on your telly. What I'm most impressed with however is the matt screen. No reflections from the lights behind us reflecting on the TV any more. Other than that, everything looks pretty good, that said, I turned off the AI feture and set my own brightness, contrast , sharpness etc and it looks so much better, so have a go at it yourself and don't let the AI do it for you, you may be disappointed .

Love the way it sits so sleek on the wall. I’m obsessed with having all my Samsung devices and appliances in my SmartThings app. (My TV can show a little monitor window of how my cookies are doing in the oven!) My husband’s favorite feature is the frame rate, for watching movies. My friends enjoy the ease of casting something to the screen with airplay if they want to do a quick presentation of vacation pics. I’m on YouTube all day long, it’s so nice to switch from my phone to the TV when I walk over to the living room. The one box is now wireless, which makes the console area a lot easier to organize. Overall, highly recommend!

After looking at different options, we chose the Samsung Frame Pro, and it turned out to be one of the best choices we made. It looks absolutely beautiful on the wall. The characters seem to jump off the screen, the black is a true black. It is really nice to have the art feature while entertaining. The TV is thin and light - easy to hang. The Samsung soundbar and ROKU connected seamlessly. I love the fact that you can get different frames for the edge, I can customize it to my room or favorite art. I wasn't sure about the Matte finish but it works beautifully, eliminating the glare from the overhead lights. I would definitely recommend this TV to friends and family.

I purchased a universal mount that was far easier and safer to mount on. I don’t believe mounting one side to stud and one side through gyprock.

No longer a black space on the wall, but a beautiful painting that we can change whenever we feel like it. The TV features are all that we could wish for, we particularly love the solar powered remote and the fact that only one lead goes into the TV. It was super easy to install and set up (and we are far from experts). Couldn't recommend more highly.

living in a small condo I did not to be staring at a large black square on the wall. The frame makes the space much more homey. I bought a 43” as well for the bedroom. The on screen navigation and menus are quick and intuitive. The sound is good and with the soundbar it is incredible.
